Dublin Flea Markets we love ..

If you want to pick up some rare, extraordinary or vintage  Christmas Gifts in Dublin you should check some of the great Dublin flea markets and car boot sales. Most of them take place at the weekends all over the city. As Christmas is coming soon you will have the chance to check out some Christmas Markets as well. In most of the Dublin flea markets you can buy some handcrafts, art and secondhand vinyls or clothes. They have great diversity and you can even find some amazing pieces of art. Here is a short list of the places where you can go for your shopping or just ask the staff at Isaacs who are usually in the know 😉

DUBLIN FLEA MARKET –every last Sunday of the month, 11am-5pm – The Co-op on Newmarket square, Dublin 8. Indoor market – there are over 60 stalls each month selling everything from vintage clothes to second hand bikes, retro furniture and random odds and ends.

Buses that go to Cork st. (closest stop to Newmarket) From Tara st. – 151

There is no Market in Newmarket Sq in December  – instead of that  go to DUBLIN FLEA & BLOCK T: CHRISTMAS CRACKER MARKET Dec 13th, 14th &15th 2013 –  block b Smithfield market, Dublin 7. The Market will once again be a mish mash of flea, vintage, retro, furniture, clothes, trinkets, art, craft, handmade and great value goods.

HA’PENNY FLEA MARKET  – The Grand Social, 35 Lower Liffey Street, Dublin 1.

Every Suterday between 12-6 pm. It has a mish mash of stalls ranging from Vintage Clothes, Vinyl Records, Retro Furniture, Contemporary Crafts, Bric a brac, Chic Jewelry, Books and lots more. Many vintage stalls have amazing finds, Vintage Furs, Bags, Dresses and lots lots more..

MARCHANTS MARKET on East Wall Road (10am-4pm) is a relatively new weekly market on Saturdays and Sundays with more than 80 stalls. There is everything from furniture and antiques to paintings and mirrors, electronics and hot food to bicycles and buns. It is just a few minutes’ walk away from the Point Theatre/O2 (walk in the direction of the Port Tunnel)

JAMESTOWN FLEA MARKET + Car Boot Sale takes place every Sat+Sun from 10:00-17:00. You can reach it from Tyrconnell Road and from Kylemore Road and it is within 3 min from Black Horse stop on the red Luas line.

BLACKROCK MARKET is located at 19a Main Street, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. open Saturdays and Sundays 11:00am – 5:30pm, and Bank Holiday Mondays 11:00am – 5:30pm all year round. You can go there by DART (Blackrock stop) or buses 5, 7, 7A, 8, 17, 45 or 114.

THE POINT VILLAGE CAR BOOT SALE & MARKET – North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 . This weekly venue (located beside O2) takes place every Sunday between 9am – 1pm.

THE MART – 190a Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6. – 3 weekends in December 8th,9th,15th,16th,22nd,23rd. The market will be located in the old fire station on Rathmines high street.
