Airport Bus
Transport to and from the Airport is really easy with the Airlink 747 bus stopping just around the corner on Talbot Street . Tickets are €6 on the bus from the airport  . The return Bus collecting Isaacs Hostel guests at the end of the street at the Central Bus Station (Busaras).Operating from 5.15am (7.15am Sundays). Discounted return tickets are available for advance purchase at the Hostel for  just €5. The bus takes 30 minutes. www.dublinbus.ie

Door to Door Airport Shuttle

We can also arrange a door to door fast and inexpensive shuttle service to bring you back to the airport from €7 depending on your numbers  .The Airport shuttle begins at 3.30a.m and finishes at 23.00. Buses run every 30 mins. You can book tickets at Isaacs Hostel reception

By Taxi

A Taxi rank right is on Talbot place a 2 minute walk  or they can be pre- booked to come to the door of Isaacs. Taxis to the Airport can cost anything from €22 upwards depending on time of day and no. of passengers. Don’t forget to check with Taxi driver for a guide price before you get in the Taxi.. We do NOT  recommend that you take a taxi from  the rank at airport to come here as they have been charging in excess of €40 – 50 lately

By Train – Connolly Station

Exit the main entrance of Connolly station (on to Amien Street) Walk straight ahead to the first set of traffic lights. Cross the road (turn right) at traffic lights into Store Street (alongside Luas /Tram tracks). Walk straight ahead (Past Garda station).

Frenchman’s lane is directly ahead (between Beresford Hotel and Reads Pub) The hostel is on the left

Isaacs is located a 4 minute walk from Connolly Station with connections to all local and national trains.

By Bus
Coming from Dublin Port take the bus number 53 and get off at Bus Aras station. Cross the road to Beresford Hotel, walk past the entrance turn left down Frenchman’s Lane which is home to Isaacs Hostel. Dublin Port is served by Irish Ferries.

By Car
Leaving the port at the main exit turn left. Continue to the roundabout at the Point Depot. Take the second exit with the River Liffey on your right. Continue straight until you get to a bridge (past a pedestrian bridge). Cross this bridge and turn right. At the next bridge, Butt Bridge turn right again. Over Butt Bridge stay in left lane and follow the road around to the left into Lower Gardiner Street. At the overhead bridge turn left into Frenchman’s Lane and Isaacs Hostel is on the right

From Dun Laoghaire Port

By Train

Take the Dart train as far as Connolly station. From the exit of the station take Amiens Street for few metres and then cross the road into Talbot Street. Take the third turn to the left into Talbot Place. Isaacs Hostel is at the end of this street.

car Car Parking

There is some on street car parking nearby which is Pay and Display, but we do have special 24hour rates for Isaacs’s guests at the Q Car Park on Marlborough Street, which we would recommend for your comfort and security. Rates from €4.50 overnight (5pm “ 10am) or €12.50 for 24 hours.
